Camp Fire USA has taught youth baby-sitting and common sense skills for more than 20 years with the "I'm Taking Care" class. More than 150 youth are trained each year. The class is designed for youth 11 - 14 years of age. We offer this course throughout the year. The cost is $30 for the 8 hour course that is held over 2 days (4 hours each day). Students receive workbook, canvas tote bag, all training materials regarding basic first aid, personal safety, stages of child development, what to do in emergency situations, how to find baby-sitting jobs and write a resume.
